I give click Remove device with error but when I go back to print Windows again to install those drivers with problems. If anyone knows any solution very grateful in advance. Best regards.

Staff member. What happens if you don't try to remove the device, but try to print again? Are your ink levels good? The Green check mark means that device is set as the default device so it is not clear why it would be looking for more drivers.

You may have to disconnect the printer, then totally uninstall the drivers, reboot, and start the installation again as if a brand new printer. Last edited: Jun 24, Uninstalling the printer and all its drivers, rebooted the computer went back to connect the printer I turned it on and Windows began to install the drivers automatically including drivers with the yellow triangle.

Thanks a lot. And now what happens if you try to print? Can you right click on the device with the green arrow and print a test page? Yes I can print the test page normally. And the answer to my first question? What happens if you try to print a Word or some other document?
